Փաստաբան Երվանդ Վարոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին լայվի կարևոր մասը նախկին հանցավոր ռեժիմը չէր, անհնազանդ դատավորներից ազատվելու անոնսը չէր, ծախու լրագրողների մասին պատմությունը չէր…Քչերը նկատեցին լայվի տակ մի կարմիր սրտիկ : Սրտիկ էր դրել, նախկին բոլոր-բոլոր, հանցավոր-հանցավոր ռեժիմների ժամանակ (1991 թվից) ՀՀ Գերագույն դատարանի, հետո վճռաբեկ դատարանի մի դատավոր, ով 2008 թվից էլ վճռաբեկ դատարանի քրեական պալատն էր ղեկավարում մի տասը տարի, մարդ, ում պատճառով էր նաև, որ ռեժիմը ռեժիմ էր, մարդ ում գրչի տակով անցել ու «հաստատվել» են այդ տարիների դատավճիռները։ Փոքրիկ մի սրտիկ, կարմիր, ալ կարմիր գույնի գեղեցիկ փոքրիկ սրտիկ։ Ամեն ինչ պարզ է, պարոնայք երդվյալ ատենակալներ, իսկ ճշմարտությունը` դետալների մեջ»:
