«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Նորանշանակ վարչապետ կարեն Կարապետյանի որոշմամբ՝ առաջիկայում Երեւանում կայանալիք բարձրակարգ հանդիպումները չեն կայանալու Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող «Մուլտի Գրանդ» հյուրանոցում:

Վերջին երկու տարիներին հենց այս հյուրանոցում կայացած ՀԱՊԿ երկրների պաշտպանության նախարարների եւ ԵՏՄ երկրների վարչապետների հանդիպումների համար Հայաստանի կառավարությունը միլիոնավոր դրամների հասնող գումար է փոխանցել:

«Ժամանակ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հանձնարարությամբ ՀԱՊԿ երկրների ղեկավարների առաջիկա հանդիպումը, որ տեղի է ունենալու հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Երեւանում, ըստ ամենայնի՝ կայանալու է Գաֆեսջյան թանջարանում:

որտեղ արդեն 2010 թ. կալացել է նման ՀԱՊԿ ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպումը»:
