ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Արթուր Դավթյանը, Արփինե Դավոյանը, Սերգեյ Ատոմյանը և Կորյուն Մկրտչյանը հանրային քննարկման են ներկայացրել նախագիծ, որով նախատեսվում է քրեական օրենսգրքում լրացումներ կատարել։

 

Նախագծի համաձայն՝ սննդամթերք արտադրող կամ իրացնող կամ բնակչությանը ծառայություններ մատուցող անձանց կողմից առեւտրի (ծառայությունների) ոլորտում կամ սննդամթերքի արտադրության փուլում կեղծված սննդամթերք արտադրելը կամ իրացնելը` կպատժվի տուգանքով` 200-500 հազար դրամի չափով:

Նշված արարքը, որը անզգուշությամբ մարդու առողջությանը պատճառել է ծանր կամ միջին ծանրության վնաս` կպատժվի տուգանքով` 500-1 միլիոն դրամի չափով, կամ որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկելով` առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ` առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով:
