«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, դիմում եմ ձեզ։

Այսօր մի իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել, երբ որ լայնածավալ հարձակում է սկսվել տարբեր ուղղություններով՝ իշխանության, պատգամավորների, քաղաքական գործիչների ուղղությամբ։

Այս ամենը կապված է այն գործողությունների հետ, որոնք տեղի են ունենում Ազգային ժողովում և այն օրենքները որոնք այստեղ ընդունվում են։

 Ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձում, գովազդի ժամի բացում Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության համար և տարատեսակ օրենքներ։

Ինչպես նաև այն քրեական գործերը, այն հետախուզումները, որոնք այսօր հայտարարվում են։»
