Ովքեր կարող են մուտք գործել Արցախ․ պարետը որոշում է ընդունել

Արցախի պարետ Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանի որոշման համաձայն՝ հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում ԱՀ բացառության կարգով կարող են մուտք գործել բեռնափոխադրում իրականցնող մեկ վարորդ մեկ  ուղեկցորդով, գյուղատնտեսական կամ այգեգործական աշխատանքներ իրականացնող անձինք: Այս մասին հաղորհում է Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը։

 

Արցախ կարող են մտնել տնտեսական կամ արտադրական անհետաձգելի կարիքի առկայության, ինչպես նաև առողջապահական անհետաձգելի կարիքների դեպքում, հոգեհանգստի կամ թաղման արարողության մասնակցելու նպատակով՝ հանգուցյալի մերձավորները (հանգուցյալի ծնողները, ամուսինը, կինը, երեխաները, քույրը, եղբայրը), պաշտոնական այցերի դեպքում, ԱՀ ՊԲ կարիքներից ելնելով՝ ԶՈւ անձնակազմի և տեխնիկայի համար:
