«Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Արամ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում անդրադարձել է հունվարի 30-ին ՊԲ բանակային ուսումնական կենտրոնում արձանագրված պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Վահրամ Մկրտիչի Ավագյանի մահվան դեպքին:

«Խորապես կիսում եմ զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատների ցավն ու կսկիծը: Եթե բանակում 18-19 տարեկան պատանիների վեճը ավարտվում է ինքնասպանությամբ կամ սպանությամբ, մեղավորը առաջին հերթին զորամասի սպաներն են: Ու կապ չունի կալանավորվածը ո՞ւմ որդին է։ Կա՞, թե՞ չկա անմեղության կանխավարկած Հայաստանում: Իսկ ընդհանրապես բանակը հասարակության հայելին է՝ լավի ու վատի խտացված դրսևորումներով»,- գրել է նա:
