Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանն այսօր՝ հունվարի 29-ին, բավարարել է դատախազության՝ «Երևանի մանկան տուն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Լիանա Կարապետյանին կալանավորելու միջնորդությունը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանը թույլատրելի էր համարել «Երեւանի մանկան տուն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Լիանա Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ գրավի կիրառումը։

Նշենք, որ նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել օտարերկրացիներին երեխաների ապօրինի որդեգրման դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում։

Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաեւ «Վերարտադրողական առողջության, պերինատոլոգիայի, մանկաբարձության եւ գինեկոլոգիայի հանրապետական ինստիտուտ» ՓԲ ընկերության (Հանրապետական ծննդատան) տնօրեն Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանին, փոխտնօրեն Արշակ Ջերջերյանին։
