«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ռուսաստանի կառավարության նոր ղեկավարը՝ 53-ամյա Միխայիլ Միշուստինը մինչեւ ՌԴ վարչապետ նշանակվելը, 2010-ց մինչեւ 2020 թվականն աշխատել է ՌԴ հարկային ծառայության ղեկավար։ Ընդ որում, հարկայինում աշխատել է 1998 թվականից։

Մեր աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ նա մտերիմ հարաբերություններ ունի ՊԵԿ նախկին նախագահ, այժմ կալանավորված Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի հետ։ Ավելին, ասում են, նրանք անգամ համատեղ բիզնես ունեն։

Միշուստինի՝ ՌԴ վարչապետ նշանակվելուց հետո, փաստորեն, մի գլխացավանք էլ ավելացավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար։ Այժմ բանտում է ոչ միայն ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի մերձավոր ընկեր Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, այլեւ ՌԴ վարչապետ Միշուստինի ընկերը։ Եւ այս պարագայում հույսեր փայփայել, որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի հետ ջերմ, բարեկամական հարաբերություններ կունենա, թերեւս, կրկնակի անիմաստ է»:
