Ղեկավարվելով 2005 թվականի փոփոխություններով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 55-րդ հոդվածի 11-րդ կետով, հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատական օրենսգրքի 144-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ, 148-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասերը եւ Արդարադատության խորհրդի 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 9-ի ԱԽ-19-Ո-16 որոշմամբ ներկայացված առաջարկությունը, ինչպես նաեւ հաշվի առնելով Արդարադատության խորհրդի 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 9-ի ԱԽ-19-Ե-21 եզրակացությունը` Սարգսյանը որոշում է կայացրել

1. Լիլիթ Թադեւոսյանին նշանակել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վճռաբեկ դատարանի քրեական պալատի դատավոր՝ դադարեցնելով նրա՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավորի լիազորությունները:

2. Արսեն Մկրտչյանին նշանակել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանի դատավոր:
