Հունվարի 17-ին, ժամը 17.15-ին, ոստիկանության Մետրոպոլիտենի պահպանության բաժնի ծառայողներն իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները, թմրամիջոց պահելու և օգտագործելու կասկածանքով, մետրոպոլիտենի «Երիտասարդական» կայարանի նախասրահից, բերման են ենթարկել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 22-ամյա մի երիտասարդի։

Անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 6 գրամ դեղնականաչավուն զանգված և կռփազենք:
Երիտասարդը հայտնել է, որ հայտնաբերված զանգվածը թմրանյութ է, պատկանում է իրեն և իր օգտագործման համար է:

Նշանակվել է դատաքիմիական և դատատեխնիկական փորձաքննություն:
