Ոստիկանությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ մեկնած օպերատիվ խմբի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ տղամարդը վնասվածքը ստացել է ժամը 14.10-ի սահմաններում Ապարան քաղաքի Բաղրամյան փողոցում գտնվող գազալցակայանում․ հովացման մարտկոցի պայթյունի հետեւանքով տաք ջուրը լցվել էր դեմքին եւ ձեռքերին:
