«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Գեորգի Կուտոյանի մահվան լուրը, ըստ ականատեսների, Սերժ Սարգսյանը ծանր է տարել՝ ժամեր շարունակ ոչ մեկի հետ չի շփվել։ ՀՀԿ գործադիր մարմնի նիստը, որն ավելի վաղ էր ծրագրված, կարճ է տեւել։

«Գեորգիի նկատմամբ հատուկ վերաբերմունք ուներ․ 2016-ին նշանակելով նրան ԱԱԾ տնօրեն՝ ի հակառակ շատ ընդդեմ կարծիքների, մեծ սպասումներ ուներ, կարծում էր՝ նա առաջ կգնա, ՊՊԾ գնդի օպերացիայից հետո հատկապես ավելի էր կապվել հետը։ 

Այնքան ընկճված էր, որ գործադիր մարմնի նիստն էլ անցավ իմիջիայլոց, չնայած ահագին կարեւոր հարցեր կային, այդ թվում եւ՝ ՍԴ-ի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը։ Կուտոյանի դեպքը փոխեց ողջ օրակարգը»,- ասաց ՀՀԿ մեր աղբյուրը»:
