Աշխարհի մի շարք երկրներում արգելված «Իսլամական պետություն» խմբավորման ջիհադականներն Իրաքի Մոսուլ քաղաքի մերձակայքում քիմիական զենք են օգտագործել ամերիկյան զորքերի դեմ: Այդ մասին հայտնել է ԱՄՆ-ի զինվորական հրամանատարությունը:

Ինչպես նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ, մանանեխի գազով հրթիռն ընկել է Քայարա ռազմակայանից մի երկու հարյուր մետր հեռավորության վրա: Ամերիկացի զինվորներից ոչ ոք չի տուժել:
