ՀՀ ՊՆ խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«ՀՀ ՊՆ ՌՈ վարած լայնածավալ օպերատիվ հետախուզական աշխատանքների արդյունքում այսօր հայտնաբերվել և բերման է ենթարկվել Շարքային Շ.Ս.Ա. ում մասին երեկ նշել էի»:

 Ավելի վաղ Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտնել էր, որ շարքային Շ.Ս.Ա. մինչև բանակ զորակոչվելը երկու անգամ դատապարտված է եղել:

«Ծառայության ընթացքում հարուցվել է քր. գործ մինչև զորակոչվելը կատարված մի գործով, որի նախաքննության ընթացքում նրան ձերբակալել են և մեկ տարի նրա նկատմամբ գործել է խափանման միջոց:

Մեկ տարի հետո խափանման միջոցը օրենքի պահանջով փոխելուց հետո, երբ նրան տեղափոխել են ՀՀ ՊՆ ՌՈ ենթակայության տակ գործող զորամաս, նա օգտվել է իրավիճակից և դիմել փախուստի»,- գրել էր նա:
