Պաշտպանության նախարարության ենթակայության ներքո գտնվող շատ տեղերում  կա, որ իրականում պայմանները վատ են և հիմնավոր նորոգման կարիք կա, բայց մեր հնարավորությունները հիմա չեն ներում, որ հիմա նորոգենք։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը՝ արձագանելով N1 Զինվորական կոմիսարիատի երկհարկանի շենքում փլուզման մասին հարցին։

Նա հայտնեց, որ զորակոչիկներից մեկի ծնողի ոտքը կամ ձեռքը հնարավոր է կոտրված լինի․ «Մնացած 10 հոգին թեթև քերծվածքներ են ստացել, շուտով դուրս կգրվեն։ Տուժողների թվում կոմիսարիատի աշխատակիցներ չկան»։

Դեկտեմբերի 19-ին, ժամը 15:35-ին «911» ծառայություն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երևանի Հալաբյան 19ա հասցեում գտնվող N1 Զինվորական կոմիսարիատի երկհարկանի շենքում տեղի է ունեցել փլուզում. կա 11 տուժած։
