Հայաստանի ԱԻՆ-ում, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 19-ին, ժամը 15:35-ին «911» ծառայություն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երևանի Հալաբյան 19ա հասցեում գտնվող N1 Զինվորական կոմիսարիատի երկհարկանի շենքում տեղի է ունեցել փլուզում. կա տուժած, անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը:

Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ԱԻՆ ՓԾ փրկարարական ուժերի վարչության հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի փրկարարական ջոկատները, Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից երկու մարտական հաշվարկ, Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի օպերատիվ և արձագանքման խմբերը, հոգեբանական աջակցության բաժնի հոգեբանական խորհրդատվության գծով հրահանգիչը և Աղետների բժշկության կենտրոնի հերթապահ բժիշկը:
