Այսօր մամուլը գրել էր, թե ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարար Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանի 50-ամյակին նվիրված ծննդյան արարողությունը այնքան էլ հարթ չի անցել: Մասնավորապես, հրավիրյալների թվում եղել են «օրենքով գողեր», ինչն էլ պատճառ է դարձել, որպեսզի պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները չմասնակցեին խնջույքին:
