«2018 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ կառավարությունը հարկերի գերավճարների գծով տնտեսվարողներին պարտք է եղել 275 միլիարդ դրամ:

2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ նմանօրինակ պարտքը կազմում է 95 միլիարդ դրամ, ներառյալ նաեւ ԱԱՀ-ի ընթացիկ պարտքերը եւ դեբետները:

Այսինքն՝ մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում կառավարությունը բիզնեսին վերադարձրել է 180 միլիարդ դրամ շրջանառու միջոց: Գործընթացը շարունակվում է՝ ներառյալ ԱԱՀ դեբետների վերադարձի տեսքով»:
