Երևանում նշվել է Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների ազգային օրը՝ հիմնադրման 48-ամյակը: Տոնական միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, ԱԺ պատգամավորներ, կառավարության անդամներ, դիվանագիտական կորպուսի ներկայացուցիչներ: Մհեր Գրիգորյանն իր ելույթում նշել է, որ Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները կարևորագույն կամուրջ են՝ Հայաստանի և Ծոցի տարածաշրջանի երկրների միջև: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ըստ փոխվարչապետի, Հայաստանը Միացյալ Էմիրությունների համար կարող է լինել բարենպաստ հարթակ՝ ԵԱՏՄ մեծ շուկա մուտք գործելու համար: Միջոցառման ընթացքում խոսվել է երկու երկրների միջև առևտրատնտեսական ոլորտում սերտ գործակցության մասին՝ որպես դրական օրինակ առանձնացնելով «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնի հետ գործակցությունը: Ավելի ուշ, պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցերին, կոնցեռնի սեփականատեր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը նշել է, որ Միացյալ Էմիրությունների հետ «Մուլտի Գրուպ»-ի գործակցությունը շարունակական է լինելու:
