ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարանի աշխատակազմը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դիմումի հիման վրա Վենետիկի հանձնաժողով դիմելու մասին:

«Երևան քաղաքի Առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի և Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դիմումների հիման վրա Սահմանադրական դատարանի կողմից քննության ընդունված գործերով խորհրդատվական կարծիք ստանալու համար Սահմանադրական դատարանի կողմից Վենետիկի հանձնաժողով ներկայացված դիմումի առնչությամբ Սահմանադրական դատարանի աշխատակազմը տեղեկացնում է.

2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 20-ի գրությամբ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել տրամադրելու խորհրդատվական կարծիք (amicus curiae opinion)»,- ասված է տարածված հայտարարության մեջ:
