Բագրատաշենում հայտնաբերվել են մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված բջջային հեռախոսներ

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցները՝ Արևելյան մաքսատուն-վարչության Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետ-բաժնի աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ, օրերս Բագրատաշենի անցակետում զննության են ենթարկել ՀՀ քաղաքացի Մ.Հ.-ի կողմից շահագործվող տրանսպորտային միջոցը:  Իրականացված մաքսային հսկողության արդյունքում ավտոմեքենայի գազի բալոնի ներսից ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցները հայտնաբերել են մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված 57 հատ տարբեր մոդելների բջջային հեռախոսներ: Այդ մասին  հայտնեցին ՊԵԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Փաստի առթիվ ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունում ՀՀ մաքսային օրենսգրքի 201-րդ հոդվածի իրավախախտման հատկանիշներով նախապատրաստվել են նյութեր, որոնք տրամադրվել են ՊԵԿ իրավաբանական վարչությանը:
