Սերժ Բելուն՝ կանադացի նկարիչ է, ով զարմացրել է ողջ աշխարհին իր ստեղծագործությունով։

Իր մտածածը իրականացնելու համար նա ստիպված է եղել օգտագործել 66․000 բաժակ, 16․000 լիտր անձրևաջուր և ներկեր, և ծախսել 62 ժամ տքնաջան աշխաելու համար։ Կարևոր է իմանալ, որ այս գլուխգործոցը հենց այնպես չի ստեղծվել։

Իր նպատակում նա ունեցել է շատ կարևոր հաղորդագրություն ուղղված մարդկանց։ Նկարիչը ցանկանում էր ընդգծել հիասթափեցնող հետևանքների կարևորությունը, որն առաջացել է խմելու ջրի մաքրության բացակայության պատճառով։
