SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում քննիչ Գալուստ Ղազարյանի կողմից նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում երեկ, հուլիսի 23-ին Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում տեղի ունեցած ինքնասպանության փաստով։

Ինչպես հայտնում է աղբյուրը, ժամը 16։50-ի սահմաններում Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացել, որ «Կորեայի ձոր» շրջանցիկ թունելի ամառանոցներից մեկում տղամարդու դի կա կախված։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ մահացածը նշված ամառանոցի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Արսեն Կ․-ն է, ով ամառանոցում պարանով կախվելու միջոցով ինքնասպան է եղել։ Քննիչի որոշմամբ՝ նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ դիակի դատաբժշկական։ Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ Արսեն Կ․-ն ծառայում էր Հայաստանում տեղակայված Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության սահմանապահ զորքերում։
