ՀՀ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի և նրա կնոջ՝ Նազիկ Ամիրյանի գործով Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում ընթացող նիստն ընդմիջվեց:

Դատական նիստը նախագահում է դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը:

Նիստին ներկա է բժիշկ-էնդոկրինոլոգ Լուսինե Մամիկոնյանը, ում պաշտպանական կողմի խնդրանքով ներգրավել են դատաբժշկական միջգերատեսչական փորձաքննություն կատարելու հանձնաժողովի կազմում:

Փորձաքննություն իրականացնելու միջնորդություն ներկայացրել էր դատախազությունը, և այսօրվա դատական նիստին դատախազ Վահե Դոլմազյանը հայտարարեց, որ բժիշկ-էնդոկրինոլոգը դատարանին պետք է ներկայացնի իր աշխատանքային փորձի վերաբերյալ համապատասխան փաստաթղթերը:

Մանվել Գրիգորյանը դատական նիստին ներկա չէ առողջական վիճակի պատճառով:

Դատական նիստն ընդմիջվեց մինչև ժամը 14:30։
