Բայց որ ոստիկանության գործողությունները զուգորդվում են բռնությամբ, ես բացառում եմ։ Հերքում եմ, որ ոստիկանները կարող են հրահրել բախումներ, բնականաբար, բնակիչները դա պետք է ասեին՝ ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս։ Բնակիչները պայման էին դնում ոստիկանության առջեւ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 18-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը Տավուշի մարզպետարանում խորհրդակցությունից հետո։

Հարցին՝ որքան ժամանակ են Իջեւանում մնալու ոստիկանական զորքերը, Օսիպյանն ասաց. «Որքան որ անհրաժեշտ համարենք, դա մարտավարություն է»։

Ոստիկանապետն անդրադառնալով բախումների հետեւանքով վնասվածք ստացած ոստիկաններին՝ ասաց, որ վնասվածքները տարբեր աստիճանների են. «Եթե չեմ սխալվում, 12 ոստիկան են։ Մինչեւ այս պահը հիվանդանոցում են մնում, եւ բուժում են ստանում 6-ը»։
