Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության նախարարության Հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչությունը պարզել է Լուգանսկի զինյալների խոշոր խմբերից մեկի հրամանատարի ինքնությունը, նա է՝ ՌԴ զինված ուժերի գնդապետ Անդրեյ Ռուզինսկին:

«Գնդապետ Ռուզինսկու ծառայության նախորդ վայրը եղել է ՌԴ զինված ուժերի զորակազմը Հայաստանի տարածքում (Գյումրի): Լինելով ՌԴ զինված ուժերի 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի հրամանատար՝ Ռուզինսկին հրահրել է հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության սրացում, հայտարարել է ԼՂ հակամարտության ուժային կարգավորման անհրաժեշտության մասին և, մասնավորապես, անձամբ մասնակից է եղել իր զորամասի զինծառայողի կողմից հայ ընտանիքի սպանության հետ կապված իրավիճակին»,- պարզել է հետախուզությունը:
