«Հայաստանի իշխանությունները բանակցում են ՀԷՑ սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ ոչ թե Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցերի, այլ Սեւան-Հրազդան կասկադի վաճառքի շուրջ:

Սեւան-Հրազդան կասկադը ռուսական կողմին է փոխանցվել «Գույք պարտքի դիմաց» տխրահռչակ գործարքի արդյունքում եւ այս պահին «Ռուսհիդրո» ընկերության բալանսում է: Վատ կառավարման եւ անխնա շահագործման արդյունքում ընկերությունը կուտակել է մոտ 50 մլն դոլարի վարկային պարտավորություններ, իսկ ձեռնարկությունն անմխիթար վիճակում է:

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ վաճառքի գումարը կկազմի 3 մլն դոլար, եւ արդեն սեպտեմբերին Սամվել Կարապետյանին պատկանող ընկերությունը կսկսի ձեռնարկության առողջացման ծրագիր իրականացնել»:
