«Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ֆեյբսուքյան ասուլիսի ընթացքում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը խոսել է վերջին շրջանում տեղի ունեցող վթարների և նրանց կանխարգելման մասին:

Անդրադառնալով իր այն գրառմանը, թե հարկավոր է բոլորի վարորդական իրավունքները չեղարկել և նորից քննություն անցկացնել, նախարարը պարզաբանեց.

«Ես երևի պիտի ստատուս գրելու համար էլ իրենցից թույլտվություն վերցնե՞մ: Մինչ նախարար լինելը ես եղել եմ վարորդ և ունեմ իմ կարծիքը: Ես մտածում եմ, որ պետք է վարորդական իրավունքների ստուգման մեխանիզմ մտածել: Դա կարող է լինել վարորդական իրավունքի թարմացման ժամանակ կրկին քննություն հանձնելը կամ էլ բոլորի վարորդական իրավունքները չեղարկելը և նոր քննություն տալը»:
