Երեկ, հուլիսի 5-ին ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 20։40-ի սահմաններում Տաշիր քաղաքի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Արման Դավթյանը Ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժին ահազանգ է տվել, որ Լորուտ գյուղի բնակիչ 46-ամյա Կարեն Գյոզալյանը, վարելով ГАЗ 66 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, Լորուտ գյուղի սարում վթարի է ենթարկվել և տեղում մահացել։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Ա․ Դավթյանը հայտնել է նաև, որ Կ․ Գյոզալյանի դին տեղափոխվել է Ալավերդու դիահերձարան։ Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել Ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Սիմոնյանի գլխավորությամբ։
