Դատախազության համակարգում այս մեկ տարում դրական փոփոխություններ կան, բայց եկեք չմեկնաբանեմ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հուլիսի 1-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը, ով եկել էր մասնակցելու դատախազության օրվան նվիրված միջոցառմանը:

Դիտարկմանը, որ շատերի պնդմամբ, դատախազությունը մնացել է նույնը, նաեւ նշվում է, որ Քոչարյանի եւ մյուսների գործով դատավոր Դանիելյանը եւ շատերը դատախազության կցորդ են եղել, նա արձագանքեց. «Հարցերը կոռեկտ չեն եւ կոռեկտ պատասխան չեն ենթադրում»:

Հարցին, թե որքանո՞վ են իրականությանը համապատասխանում տեղեկությունները, թե «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով հարցաքննվել է նաեւ Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, նա պատասխանեց. «Այսօր «Մարտի 1»-ի գործից չենք խոսում, այսօր տոն է, եկեք օրվա խորհրդից խոսենք: Ո′չ հաստատում եմ, ո′չ էլ հերքում եմ»:
