Եվրոպական երկրորդ խաղերին մասնակցող Հայաստանի թիմը հերթական մեդալներն է նվաճել: 

Բելառուսի մայրաքաղաք Մինսկում ընթացող խաղերի բռնցքամարտի մրցաշարի 60 կգ քաշային կարգի կիսաեզրափակչում Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Կարեն Տոնականյանը մրցեց Բելառուսից Դմիտրի Ասանովի հետ և պարտվեց 1:4 հաշվով: Հայ բռնցքամարտիկը վնասվածք է մասնակցել մենամարտին: Տոնականյանը դուրս չեկավ եզրափակիչ, բայց դարձավ Եվրոպական խաղերի բրոնզե մեդալակիր:

ռնցքամարտի 81 կգ քաշային կարգի կիսաեզրափակչում Գոռ Ներսիսյանը մրցեց Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ներկայացուցիչ Բենջամին Վիթեքերի հետ և զիջեց 0:5 հաշվով: Ներսիսյանը դարձավ Եվրոպական խաղերի բրոնզե մեդալակիր:
