ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական թիմը պատրաստվում է բողոքարկել Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատական ակտերը։ Այդ մասին հայտնում է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական թիմը։

Բողոքարկման հիմքն այն փաստն է, որ ի սկզբանե խաթարված է եղել արդար դատաքննության սկզբունքը․ փաստաբաններին չի թույլատրվել ելույթ ունենալ և ներկայացնել իրենց առարկությունները։ Դատական ակտերն ստանալուց հետո կքննարկվի նաև բողոքում հավելյալ հիմքեր ներկայացնելու հարցը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ դատարանի որոշմամբ այսօր վերացվել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված Արցախի նախկին ու ներկա նախագահների անձնական երաշխավորությունը և որոշվել է որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառել կալանավորումը։
