Երեկ՝ հունիսի 23-ին, Մասիս քաղաքի Առնո Բաբաջանյանի անվան երաժշտական դպրոցի դահլիճում տեղի ունեցավ Մասիսի տարածաշրջանի Երկրապահ կամավորականների միության համագումարը, որին մասնակցում էին բազմաթիվ ազատամարտիկներ, պատանի երկրապահներ, պաշտոնյաներ և զոհված ազատամարտիկների ընտանիքների անդամներ:

Քվերակության դրվելիք կարևորագույն հարցը՝ ԵԿՄ Մասիսի տարածքային կառույցի նոր նախագահ ընտրելու հարցն էր: Ի սկզբանե, ազատամարտիկներն ու ԵԿՄ վարչության անդամները ունեին և առաջադրել էին 1 թեկնածուի՝ մարտական խաչի ասպետ, ազատամարտիկ, Մամսիսի ջոկատի հրամանատար, գնդապետ Սայեն Նորիկի Հայրապետյանին և կողմ քվեարկեցուն ու ընտեցին նրան՝ միաձայն:
