Երեկ՝ հունիսի 19-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում։ Ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչություն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Գյումրի քաղաքի Ղուկասյան փողոցի 12-րդ շարքի տներից մեկում կնոջ դի կա։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված հասցե են ժամանել ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ մարզի ոստիկանապետ Սևան Քոչարյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Իսահակյանի գլխավորությամբ։
