«Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանն իր ելույթում ասաց․ «Քննարկում ենք 2018 թվականի պետական բյուջեի կատարողականը, սա էքստրաօրդինար քննարկում է, որովհետև մի կողմից գիտենք, որ կարևոր փաստաթղթի մասին է, որտեղ ընդդիմությունը պետք է ասելիք ունենա, մյուս կողմից քննարկում ենք մի բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվություն, որին դեմ է քվեարկել վարչապետը»։
