Ուրբաթ գիշերը ոստիկանությունը շրջապատել է սուպերմարքեթի շենքը: Մոտեցել են նաեւ շտապ օգնության մեքենաներ:

Ականատեսները KCAL-TV-ին պատմել են, որ մոհահավկ-հնդկացու սանրվածքով մի տղամարդ սկսել է վիճել կնոջ հետ, ով երեխայի հետ էր: Անուհետեւ լսվել է մոտ 8 կրակոց: Միջադեպի վկաներից մեկը հայտնել է, որ սուպերմարքեթում գտնվողների շրջանում խուճապ է սկսվել, եւ նրանք վազել են դեպի ելքը: Ոմանք թեթեւ վնասվածքներ են ստացել: Զոհերի մասին չի հաղորդվում:
