Մարտի 1-ի սպանության գործով ձերբակալված Գեղամ Պետրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Մարտի 1-ի քրեական գործի շրջանակներում Զաքար Հովհաննիսյանին դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալված ՀՀ ոստիկանության զորքերի շտաբի նախկին պետ Գեղամ Պետրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ին հայտնեց Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության մամուլի խոսնակ Մարինա Օհանջանյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ Գեղամ Պետրոսյանին կալանավորելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան:

Նշենք, որ երեկ Պետրոսյանի պաշտպան Վաղինակ Գևորգյանը բողոքարկել էր նրան ձերբակալելու որոշումը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Զաքար Հովհաննիսյանը 2008թ. մարտի 2-ին` ժամը 02-ին անգիտակից վիճակում տեղափոխվել է Երեւանի թիվ 3 կլինիկական հիվանդանոց` որովայնի հրազենային վնասվածքով, որտեղ էլ մահացել է։

Համաձայն դատաբժշկական եզրակացության՝ «Զաքար Հովհաննիսյանի դիակի վրա հայտնաբերվել է հրազենային մուտքի վնասվածք: Մահվան պատճառ է հանդիսացել վնասվածքի հետևանքով առաջացած արյան սուր կորուստը»:

Նշենք, որ մինչև այս պահը Մարտի 1–ի գործի շրջանակում սա առաջին ձերբակալությունն է սպանության կասկածանքով։
