Մեղրիի նախկին քաղաքապետը հայտնվել է մեղադրյալի աթոռին:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ իրավապահները Մեղրիի նախկին համայնքապետ Արշավիր Հովհաննիսյանին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել այն բանի համար, որ պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում, իր տեղակալ Վանիկ Սարգսյանի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, դիտավորությամբ կատարել է գործողություններ, որոնք ակնհայտորեն դուրս են եկել իր լիազորությունների շրջանակից եւ էական վնաս են պատճառել անձանց իրավունքներին ու համայնքի օրինական շահերին:

Նույն մեղադրանքն առաջադրվել է նաեւ նախկին քաղաքապետի տեղակալին: Այս գործը քննելու է Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Նապոլեոն Օհանյանը:
