ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործով դատախազության բողոքները մակագրվել են Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանին:

Խոսքը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն անձնական երաշխավորությամբ փոխելու, նրա և մյուսների գործի վարույթը կասեցնելու և Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմելու առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումների դեմ դատախազության ներկայացրած բողոքների մասին է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը մայիսի 18-ին, քննելով Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի հարցը, որոշել էր նրան ազատել կալանքից Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին և ներկա նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանի և Բակո Սահակյանի անձնական երաշխավորությամբ:
