«Ժողովուրդ». Նոր մոդելի ոստիկանություն կստեղծվի

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.

«ՀՀ-ԵՄ համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի կիրարկման ճանապարհային քարտեզը գրեթե պատրաստ է եւ շուտով կհաստատվի: Մինչեւ հունիսի 13-ն այն պետք է բերվի վերջնական տեսքի, որից հետո պետք է հավանության արժանանա ՀՀ-ԵՄ խորհրդի նիստում եւ արդեն կընդունվի վարչապետի կողմից: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին ճանապարհային քարտեզից մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Նախ՝ մինչեւ 2019 թվականի վերջ նախատեսված է ոստիկանության համակարգում փոփոխություններ կատարել՝ նոր մոդելի ոստիկանություն ստեղծել, փոփոխություններ անել պարեկային ծառայությունում: Հաջորդ փոփոխությունը, որը պետք է արվի կրկին մինչեւ այս տարվա վերջ, կապված է մարդու իրավունքների եւ դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների հետ, ըստ այդմ նախատեսված է ՀՀ-ում ավելացնել դատավորների թիվը, դա արվելու է մինչեւ 2022 թվականը»:
