Շնորհիվ դաձնու տերևի ինչպես քույրս, այնպես էլ դուք, այլևս ոչ մի խնդիչ չեք ունենա կապվա հոդացավերի և մկանների հետ, իկ ոտքերի ցավերը միանգամից կանհետանան։ Ինչ է հարկավոր անել․

 

Անհրաժեշտ է մեկ տուփ դափնու տերևը լցնել 15-20 լիտրանոց թասի մեջ։ Պետք է եռացնել այն, այնուհետև երբ սառչի, ոտքերը 15-25 րոպեով դրեք մեջը։   Այդ գործողությունը պետք է կատարել 3 օր շարունակ ՝  նույն դույլի մեջ լցնելով դափնու տերևների հաջորդ տուփը։
