Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել է.

«Հաշվի առնելով հանրային հետաքրությունը և բազմաթիվ լրատվամիջոցներից ստացված բանավոր հարցումները՝ տեղեկացնում եմ, որ գործով մինչդատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի կողմից հաստատվել է 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ից 2-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Երևան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ քննված քրեական գործից անջատված մասով՝ ըստ մեղադրանքի Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, Սեյրան Օհանյանի, Յուրի Խաչատուրովի, Արմեն Գևորգյանի, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը:

Քրեական գործն այդ մասով ուղարկվել է Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան»:
