ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան բանակցություններ է վարել Հայաստանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության հետ: «Մասնավորապես, նա հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի հետ»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ այդ մասին «Интерфакс-АВН»-ին տեղեկացրել է ՀԱՊԿ մամուլի ք արտուղար Վլադիմիր Զայնետդինովը՝ չճշգրտելով բանակցությունների մանրամասները:
Միաժամանակ, ՀԱՊԿ մամուլի խոսնակն ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները միայն սրում են իրավիճակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում: «Ամեն ինչ պետք է որոշվի բանակցությունների ճանապարհով: Ադրբեջանական կողմի գործողությունները ներկա դրությամբ տանում են իրավիճակի և հակամարտության սրման»,- ասել է Զայնետդինովը: Նա ընդգծել է, որ Բորդյուժան և ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարության ղեկավարությունը մշտական կապի մեջ են Հայաստանի ղեկավարության հետ:
«Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունից ստացել ենք ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն զինված բախման վերաբերյալ: Գտնում ենք, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության ռազմական լուծում գոյություն չունի»,- շեշտել է ՀԱՊԿ մամուլի քարտուղարը:
