«Վարուցանքը սկսել է, ժողովուրդը ոչ սալյարկա ունի, ոչ դեղորայք ունի, ոչ սերմ ունի: Մարդիկ էսօր գալիս ասում են՝ պարոն Ծառուկյան մեզ հետ պայմանագիր են կապել ջրային կոմիտեից, որ էսքան փող պետք է վճարես, բայց եթե ջուրը չտվեցինք չորացավ, մենք պատասխանատու չենք:

Հիմա եթե մարդը վճարում է, եկավ բերքի սեզոնը, որ պետք է հավաքի, ջուր չեն տալիս, բերքը չորացավ, դեռ պետք է տույժ տուգանք էլ վճարի: Էս տարի սելիտրա բաժանե՞լ եք ժողովրդին»,-ասաց Ծառուկյանը՝ հավելելով. «Այսօր մեր հողատարածքների 60 տոկոսը չի մշակվում,, ձեր ցավը տանեմ»:
