Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ընդդեմ Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի հաջորդ դատական նիստը նշանակվեց 5 ամիս անց

ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ընդդեմ Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի գործով այսօրվա դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց՝ պատասխանող կողմի բացակայության պատճառով:
Հաջորդ դատական նիստը նշանակվեց սեպտեմբերի 26-ին՝ պատասխանող կողմին պատշաճ ծանուցում ապահովելու նպատակով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ներկայացուցիչ Արամ Օրբելյանը հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել դատարան զրպարտություն հանդիսացող փաստացի տվյալները հերքելու և երկու միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ փոխհատուցում բռնագանձելու պահանջներով:

Հայցադիմումը դատարան է մուտք եղել 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ին, այն ներկայացնելու հիմք է հանդիսացել Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի կողմից 02.11.2018 թվականին «Հայացք» մամուլի ակումբում ասուլիսի ժամանակ հնչեցված հետևյալ արտահայտությունը․ «Ես 2008 թվականին խոշոր գործարք եմ արել արաբների հետ և ինձ չխանգարելու համար վճարել եմ և՛ հանրապետության նախագահին՝ Քոչարյան Ռոբերտին և՛ ...»:
