Օգոստոսի 24-ին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահի, մշտական հանձնաժողովների ղեկավարների եւ աշխատակազմի պատասխանատուների մասնակցությամբ հրավիրել է աշխատանքային խորհրհրդակցություն, որտեղ քննարկման նյութն Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի առաջարկն էր՝ ԼՂՀ հռչակման 25–րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ համաներում հայտարարելու մասին:

ԼՂՀ ԱԺ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ Սահմանադրության եւ Ազգային ժողովի Կանոնակարգի համաձայն, նշված առաջարկությունը խորհրդարան է ներկայացվում ԱԺ համապատասխան որոշման նախագծի տեսքով, որը պետք է հավանության արժանանա ԱԺ լիագումար նիստում:

Նախօրեին ներկայացված որոշման նախագիծը պատգամավորները քննարկել են ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում եւ անհրաժեշտ պարզաբանումներ ստացել ԼՂՀ նախագահի ներկայացուցիչ Արայիկ Լազարյանից:

Ամփոփելով հանդիպման արդյունքները՝ խորհրդարանի նախագահը հայտարարել է, որ օգոստոսի 25-ին ժամը 11:00-ին հրավիրվում է արտահերթ նստաշրջան՝ հանրապետության նախագահի առաջարկած օրակարգով:
