Ս.թ.ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 07:15-ին Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի բնակչուհի, 1959թ.ծնված Ա. Ա-ն հեռախոսով հայտնել է ԱՀ ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի վարչություն առ այն, որ նույն օրը ժամը 00:00-ից մինչեւ 04:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածը անհայտ անձը պատուհանը ջարդելու միջոցով մուտք է գործել մայրաքաղաքի Սպանդարյան փողոցի տներից մեկը եւ գողացել նույն տան բնակիչ` 1959թ.ծնված Հ. Գ-ին պատկանող 100.000 դրամ գումար եւ դիմել փախուստի:

Արցախի ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի վարչության ծառայողները պարզել են, որ նշված գողությունը կատարել է Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1995թ.ծնված Ա. Բ-ն:
