Ազատ տնտեսական գոտի ստեղծելու գործընթացը սկսվել է 2016թ-ի կեսերին, իսկ ստորագրվել է Կարեն Կարապետյանի օրոք

Այսօր լրատվամիջոցներից մեկը տեղեկություն էր տարածել այն մասին, որ 2014 թ. հուլիսին Սյունիքի մարզի Կարճևան համայնքում ազատ տնտեսական գոտի ստեղծելու գործընթացի ժամանակ նույն համայնքի ղեկավարի եւ այլ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից թույլ են տրվել չարաշահումներ:

Հոդվածում շեշտադրում է կատարվել այն հանգամանքին, որ աճուրդային եղանակով ապօրինի կերպով հողեր են օտարվել: Ըստ հոդվածագրի՝ տարածքների օտարում իրականացվել է, քանի որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի նախաձեռնությամբ կազմակվել է նախագիծ՝ նշված տարածքում ազատ տնտեսական գոտի ստեղծելու համար և, իբր, որոշ պաշտոնյաներ Հ. Աբրահամյանի անունից հողերն օտարելու թույլտվություն են ունեցել: Orer.am-ը կապ հաստատեց ՀՀ նախկին կառավարության աշխատակիցների հետ ճշտելու՝ արդյոք ազատ տնտեսական գոտի ստեղծելու գործընթացը սկսվել է 2014 թվականին: Մեզ հայտնեցին, որ նշյալ գործընթացը սկսվել է 2016թ-ի կեսերին ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կողմից, սակայն այն ավարտին է հասցվել և ստորագրվել ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի կողմից իր պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ:
