Գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը բանակի ստեղծման ակունքներում է կանգնած, ուստի հունվարի 28-ը  նախեւառաջ  նրա օրն է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 28-ին, NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Մանվել Գրիգորյանի փաստաբան Արսեն Մկրտչյանը։

Արսեն Մկրտչյանի կարծիքով՝ գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի բացակայությունը «Եռաբլուրում», նկատելի է։

«Սովորաբար այստեղ ավելի մարդաշատ էր լինում, ավելի ոգեշնչված էին լինում մարդիկ, սպասելիքներն ավելի մեծ էին, Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պես բանակի կողքը կանգնող մարդիկ քիչ են եղել, եթե ընդհանրապես էլ եղել են։ Շատ մեծ է Մանվել Գրիգորյանի ավանդը։ Չմոռանանք՝ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը Վազգեն Սարգսյանի հետ բանակի ստեղծման ակունքներում է կանգնած։ Այսօրը նախեւառաջ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին է»,–ասաց նա։
