Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի (ԿԽՄԿ) Բաքվի պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչներն օգոստոսի 17-ին այցելել են Հայաստանից քաղաքացիական անձին, որին ձերբակալել են Ադրբեջանի Նախիջեւայի Ինքնավար հանրապետությունում: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հաղորդեցին ԿԽՄԿ-ի երեւանյան պատվիրակությունից:

Այցի ընթացքում քաղաքացուն հայտնել են Կարմիր Խաչի միջոցով հարազատներին նամակ փոխանցելու հնարավորության մասին:

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Հայաստանի Արարատի մարզի Այգեպատ գյուղի 61-ամյա բնակիչ Հենրիկ Աղեկյանը հատել է սահմանն ու հայտնվել ադրբեջանական տարածքում: Որոշ տվյալներով՝ Աղեկյանը Նախիջեւանի Ինքնավար հանրապետությունում է: Տղամարդը հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունի, նախկինում հաճախ է կորել տնից: Այս անգամ Աղեկյանը տնից դուրս է եկել մեկ շաբաթ առաջ եւ չի վերադարձել:
